East Levee Road - Photo Book Documentary

East Levee Road by Benjamin Fargen is a compelling visual journey through a narrow strip of land nestled between Rio Linda, Highway 99, and the Sacramento River. Born from a search for nature and solitude during the pandemic, Benjamin Fargen captures the intricate dance between untouched beauty and the remnants of human interference. This photo book explores the delicate relationship between man and nature, questioning how our connections to the natural world are formed and why some of these bonds endure stronger than others. Through his lens, Fargen invites readers to reflect on the often complex and contradictory landscapes we inhabit and shape.
